The latest innovation efforts made by this company include the re-design of the outlooks and internal configurations of some of the rotary unions and changes of the sealing materials and methods, resulting in the successful development of the steam rotary unions and rotary unions that are used for hot oil with the following improvements: the body material has been changed to QT400, a high strength nodular cast iron; the materials of the graphite seals have been changed to M140D; and the material of the spring to 50CrV, a high tensile alloy steel. On the other hand, all the nuts of the flexible tubes are investment cast and made of #304 stainless steel.This company currently has an employment of 62 people, including 12 design and mechanical engineers, 3 of whom once did their advanced studies in the fields of steam condensation and siphon technologies in the U nited States of America, and is equipped with the state-of-the-arts facilities, including CNC machining centers from Japan, high precision spherical surface lathes and grinders, American inverted welding machines specially designed for welding stainless steel hoses, etc.
